What does each product do?

Alex AI describes its product as an AI recruiter that automates the busywork so recruiters can spend time with candidates. Its AI Interviewer page says Alex runs first-round interviews and asks follow-up questions about a candidate's specific answers. According to its site, interviews can happen by phone, video, SMS or WhatsApp, and the product also lists scheduling (Coordinator), resume screens, talent matching, identity checks and interview proctoring. Its reporting is described as searchable transcripts, role-fit scores and fraud flags. Its homepage states 30 supported languages.

AI Interview Agents (AIIA) runs two-way spoken first-round interviews in the candidate's browser, with no app install. The employer sets the job title, job description and the areas to cover, and the questions are built from that. The interviewer listens and asks follow-up questions based on what the candidate said. Interviews can run in English, Hindi or Arabic. For each candidate the hiring team gets a transcript, an interview report with scores and written reasoning tied to what the candidate said, and a recording when one is available. A person on the hiring team makes every hiring decision.

  • Which languages do you need, and which of them can the interviewer run end to end?
  • Do you need identity checks or interview monitoring, or is a transcript and scored report enough?
  • Can you see pricing and a sample report before booking a call?
