Each CV is scored from 0 to 100 against your job description. Skills are matched semantically, so close variants count, and each candidate shows matched, related, and missing skills. Verdicts group candidates into strong, possible, weak, and reject bands.

How many resumes can I screen?

Screening is unlimited within fair use on every plan. Uploads run in batches of up to 500 CVs. Your resume library stores 10,000 resumes on Starter, 20,000 on Growth, and 200,000 on Scale.

Does it auto-reject candidates?

No. Must-have skills weigh more in the score, but nothing is a hard gate. You set the threshold and decide who moves to an interview.

What happens after screening?
