What is an interview credit?

Interviews run 15 or 30 minutes. A 15 minute interview costs 1 credit. A 30 minute interview costs 2 credits only once it runs past 15 minutes; if it ends within 15 minutes it costs 1. An interview that lasts under 2 minutes costs nothing. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

Free is 0 dollars and gives you 10 interview credits a month. Pro is 99 dollars a month and gives you 200 interview credits a month. Both are billed monthly.

How much does one AI interview cost?

On Pro, 99 dollars buys 200 interview credits a month, so a 15 minute interview works out to about 50 cents when you use the whole pool, or about 1 dollar if every interview runs 30 minutes. An interview that lasts under 2 minutes costs nothing.

Is there a contract, setup fee or overage charge?

No. Pro is billed monthly in US dollars until you cancel, with no annual contract and no setup fee. Seats are included in the plan. When the month's credits run out, scheduling waits for the renewal; nothing is charged for going over.

How does resume capacity work?

Each plan has two limits. Free processes 100 resumes a month and stores 1,000 in your library. Pro processes 5,000 resumes a month and stores 20,000. Processing means parsing a resume and scoring it against a job description.

How many roles and career pages do I get?

Accepted Answer

Free includes 5 roles and 1 career page. Pro includes 30 roles and 1 career page. The role count includes archived roles, so archiving a role does not free up a slot.

Do plans charge per seat?

No. Seats are included, and the count includes you. Free is a single recruiter seat. Pro includes 5 seats in total, so you plus four colleagues. Everyone on the account shares the same monthly interview credits.

What happens when I run out of credits for the month?

Scheduling stops until your credits renew. Free renews on the first of each month. Pro renews on your billing date each month. Nothing is charged automatically for going over.

Do you have a career page product?

Yes, it is in early access, and it is included on both plans. You get a branded career page with hosted apply forms, and every applicant is parsed and screened against the role automatically. Sign up for free and we will set it up with you.

Do you screen candidates over the phone?

Phone screening is not part of either plan. We set it up by request on a specific role, so contact us if you want outbound or inbound calling and we will talk it through with you.
