AI Interview Agents stores application data, CVs and interview recordings on Microsoft Azure in the Central India region. Recordings and CVs sit in private storage and are opened through time-limited links after a sign-in check. The system scores and reports. A person on your hiring team makes every decision.
This page describes what the product does today. It is not a contract. Our privacy policy is the governing document.
Where is data hosted?
The application servers, the database and the file storage for CVs and interview recordings run on Microsoft Azure in the Central India region.
Some processing happens outside India. Language model requests, which carry interview answers and CV text, are processed by Microsoft Azure OpenAI in a United States region. Speech recognition and voice are handled by specialist speech providers. Our privacy policy describes the transfer of personal data to other countries.
How is data protected in transit and at rest?
All traffic between a browser and the service uses HTTPS. The connection between the application and its database is encrypted. Files in storage are encrypted at rest by the storage service.
The storage containers that hold recordings and CVs are private. A file is never served from a public address. The application checks who is asking, then issues a link that works for a limited time.

Who can see a candidate's interview?
The recruiter account that owns the interview can see the transcript, the report and the recording. A candidate who signs in with the email address the interview was sent to can watch their own recording.
A small number of AI Interview Agents staff can access customer data to run and support the service.
A shared report link shows the candidate's name, the role, the score, a summary, strengths and areas to improve. It does not include the transcript or the video.
Does the AI make hiring decisions?
No. The system scores CVs and interviews and writes its reasoning. It does not reject a candidate on its own, and it does not send a rejection unless a recruiter chooses to send one.
Interview scoring works from the transcript of what the candidate said. The product does not analyse faces or expressions.
What are candidates told?
Before a browser interview starts, the candidate must tick a box confirming that they understand the interview is recorded and may be shared with the hiring team. The interview cannot start without it.
On a career page built with the product, the candidate must agree that their CV and application data may be processed to assess them for the role. That agreement is stored with the time it was given. The notice tells candidates that AI screening and an AI voice interview are used and that a person makes the final decision.
Which outside services process interview data?
Interview answers and CV text are sent to third-party language model and speech providers so the interview can run and the report can be written. Our main language model provider is Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Invitations are delivered through email and WhatsApp delivery providers. Sign-in and payments use their own specialist providers. The privacy policy lists the analytics services used on the website.
How long is data kept, and how is it deleted?
Interview records do not have an automatic deletion period today. They stay in the account until they are removed.
An account owner can delete roles, candidates and interviews from their account. To have stored recordings or CV files removed, or to make any other request about personal data, write to contact@aiinterviewagents.com. The privacy policy describes these rights.
Which certifications do you hold?
SOC 2 and ISO 27001: we do not hold either certification today. If your procurement process uses a security questionnaire, send it to us and we will answer it in writing.
How do you report a security problem?
