Integrations

Greenhouse integration.

Updated 5 October 2026

The Greenhouse integration imports an open job and its applicants from Greenhouse into AI Interview Agents, so you can screen and interview them without typing them in again. It is a one-way import. AIIA reads from Greenhouse and does not write scores or stage changes back.

What does the Greenhouse integration do?

It lists the open jobs in your Greenhouse account. You pick a job, and AIIA creates a role for it and imports the applicants as candidates. Each candidate arrives with a name, an email address, a phone number when Greenhouse has one, and a link to their resume.

The import runs when you ask for it. It is not a scheduled sync, so new applicants in Greenhouse appear in AIIA when you run the import again.

What is not included?

  • AIIA does not write interview scores, reports or stage changes back to Greenhouse.
  • Applicants without an email address are skipped, because the interview invitation needs one.
  • The import is started by a person. It does not run on a timer.

How do you connect Greenhouse?

  1. In Greenhouse, create a Harvest API credential for AI Interview Agents with read access to jobs, applications and candidates.
  2. In AIIA, open Integrations and paste the credential. AIIA checks that it works before saving it.
  3. Choose an open job and run the import.

The credential is encrypted before it is stored and is never written to logs. AIIA only makes read requests to Greenhouse.

What happens after the import?

The imported candidates sit in a normal AIIA role. You can score their CVs against the job description with AI resume screening, then invite the shortlist to a first-round interview with the AI interviewer. Invitations go out by email, and by WhatsApp when a phone number is present.

Your team reviews the transcript, the report and the recording in AIIA and decides who moves forward. You then update the candidate's stage in Greenhouse yourself.

Who is this for?

Teams that keep Greenhouse as the system of record and want a spoken first round for a role with many applicants. If you need scores written back into Greenhouse automatically, this integration does not do that today.
