A useful job description explains the work a person will do and the requirements the hiring team has agreed. A long list of desirable skills can obscure both. AIIA's free job-description generator turns a supplied hiring brief into an editable draft and keeps suggested additions separate from confirmed source material.
Start with the work, not just the title
Enter the role title and describe the responsibilities. Include requirements only when the hiring manager has confirmed them. Add the location or work arrangement if known. The title alone cannot establish seniority. For example, a delivery executive may perform deliveries rather than lead a business unit.
Remove confidential material that is not needed to describe the role. You do not need to provide a candidate resume or contact details. The form shows the input limits and shared free-generation allowance before submission.
Check the source behind each requirement
The result separates responsibilities, required qualifications and preferred qualifications. Source excerpts accompany these entries so you can compare the wording with your brief. The server checks that each excerpt occurs in the supplied text. That check does not prove that the model's interpretation is correct. Read the requirement and excerpt together before using either.
A synthetic hiring example
Suppose a fictional logistics team needs a support specialist to investigate delayed deliveries and update customers. If the brief requires written customer communication but says nothing about a degree, the description should preserve the communication requirement and should not invent a degree requirement. If working hours are missing, confirm them with the hiring manager rather than publishing an assumed schedule.
Keep suggestions separate
Suggested additions are points to consider, not requirements the hiring team has already approved. Clarification questions identify missing information. Check any proposed experience level, qualification or location restriction against the actual work. The draft is not a legal review or a guarantee that the wording is free of bias.
Review, edit and use the description
Edit the draft before copying or downloading it. Confirm that the responsibilities match the role and that every required qualification is necessary. Use the reviewed description with the interview-kit generator to prepare questions about the work. The AIIA account link opens the existing recruiter workflow; it does not save a role or transfer the draft automatically.
How submitted content is handled
Generation sends the brief to AIIA's configured model provider. AIIA does not save the submitted brief or generated description as an application record by default. Provider retention depends on its policies and configuration. Reset clears the content held on the page. Copying or downloading creates a copy under your control.
